Ticket refunds are
only provided in the event of a cancellation. In such cases, the buyer receives a refund for the nominal ticket price; however, service fees and costs for additional services are non-refundable.
If the event organizer is a separate legal entity, Fridayticket is not responsible for the direct refund of ticket payments. While we are happy to assist in resolving refund issues, the timing and completeness of refunds are ultimately the responsibility of the event organizer.
If authorized by the organizer, you should send your refund request to
[email protected]. Refunds apply only to tickets purchased via
https://fridayticket.com. For card payments, please include a copy of your ticket and proof of payment in your email. Refunds are automatically credited back to the original card within 10 business days after the request is processed. Only the person listed in the order can initiate a refund. For corporate orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer based on the provided invoice. Contact
